Stage 01
Meet the team
Introduction to the assigned project team, here for you every step of the way.
Brands reach a point where Klaviyo is active but the retention layer still feels fragmented. Campaigns go out and flows exist, yet weak segmentation, uneven data, and reactive planning make the account difficult to trust or improve.
Email and SMS should follow the customer lifecycle. We shape the account around buying behaviour, channel roles, and revenue priorities rather than simply increasing send volume.
Retention needs more than campaigns
it needs structure.
Strategy connected to data.
Specialists close to the work.
Techquity is listed in the official Klaviyo agency partner directory at Master Partner tier. That gives brands an external way to verify the relationship and see our place in the wider Klaviyo partner ecosystem before a conversation begins.
The listing confirms a serious specialist capability inside the studio. View Techquity on Klaviyo Connect for the current public partner listing.
Partner status matters, but it is not the whole argument. The useful work begins with how Klaviyo fits the wider ecommerce operation.
We look at account structure, data quality, lifecycle priorities, customer journeys, campaigns, deliverability, and the role of SMS. Strategy, creative, automation, technical delivery, and ongoing support are treated as one retention system, so the account becomes easier to trust, operate, and improve as the brand grows.
Stage 01
Introduction to the assigned project team, here for you every step of the way.
Stage 02
Understand the project requirements, goals, and objectives. This is the research phase where the team gathers all necessary information from stakeholders.
Stage 03
Craft a blueprint or prototype that reflects the client's vision, taking into consideration the user experience and overall functionality.
Stage 04
Get formal approval from stakeholders to move forward with the approved design.
Stage 05
Start building the product or system based on the signed-off design. This is the coding or construction phase.
Stage 06
Ensure that everything works as expected. Identify and fix any issues before the product is released.
Stage 07
Launch the project or system to its intended audience, making it publicly available or deployed to its final environment.
Stage 08
Provide continued support and maintenance to ensure the system or project remains operational and up-to-date.
Work can include account audits, migrations, lifecycle flows, campaign planning, segmentation, data hygiene, template design, email and SMS strategy, and retained optimisation. We join those parts up so Klaviyo supports the customer journey instead of becoming disconnected tasks.
